Before establishing himself as a licensed Realtor in Miami Beach’s prosperous real estate industry, Gatien studied international business management at Lynn University of Boca Raton, completing the program in simply two and a half years with Summa Cum Laude Honors.

As a natural leader and real estate investment expert located in Miami Beach, Gatien helps his clients find the perfect property by sorting through the numbers and identifying which property fits his clients’ needs, so they are always confident with their purchase. In addition to guiding his clients’ real estate investment strategies from start to finish with great care, his background of international business studies has proven useful in identifying of market cycles and predicting price trends. Gatien is able to identify the best locations, time, and prices at which to buy and sell real estate maintaining a competitive advantage over his counterparts in the real estate industry.

His years of in-depth exposure to the financial markets, market trends, and how real estate reacts to international economic activity enables him to show his clients the numbers and explain the benefits of investing in the residential marketplace of Miami Beach.

Alongside his studies, he participated in Lynn University’s men’s soccer program from 2013-15. During this time, the team rose to the top by winning the SSC Conference, SSC Conference Tournament, and most notably, the prestigious NCAA DII 2014 National Championship.

Gatien is fluent in French and maintains conversational proficiency in Spanish.
