The Fisher Island real estate market showed the most positive change from last quarter of all submarkets in Miami Beach. A major uptick in median sales prices +187%, a 66.7% increase in average sale price, and drastically reduced marketing times showed a healthy market. However, average sale prices remained at, and the number of sales decreased from 9 to 6. Sellers gave fewer listing discounts as fewer properties were available during this period. We expect to see the effects of the global health crisis show more in Q2 figures as at least 4 sales were canceled in the past month as a result.
