Upon completion, the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company will take over and manage the property. This is a Stand-Alone property for the Ritz-Carlton chain which means the building in purely residential and no hotel room exists. The Ritz-Carlton will manage the property providing all the services (see attached fact sheet detailing these services) you would typically find at the Hotel level less the hotel room traffic.
